Privacy at Xernity

Xernity does not collect personal data from visitors to this website. There are no analytics, no tracking cookies, no third-party scripts loaded on these pages, and no advertising or marketing pixels. Visitor logs at the web server are limited to the standard request metadata required to operate the site and are not used for any other purpose.

Inquiries sent to bryan@xernity.com are received and answered personally by the founder. The contents of those inquiries are not shared with third parties, are not used to populate marketing lists, and are not retained beyond what is necessary to answer the inquiry and continue any conversation the inquirer initiates.

If a customer engagement is established at a later date, the handling of customer data will be governed by the specific written agreement entered into with that customer, including the data residency, retention, and access provisions of that agreement.
